Penalties for Sexual Abuse

Public Ministry Personnel During a Raid
We continue to keep track of the number of sexual abusers in this country of Panama and their “zero fear of justice.” Every day, a more horrific story emerges of parents or relatives abusing their own flesh and blood; monsters who, with cynical faces, walk the streets to set examples of morality. We say this specifically because of the man who called himself a “servant” and who harmed his three daughters. Mothers are also involved here; they must talk to their children, get to know them, and prioritize them in every situation. Justice should be much harsher for rapists.
