Panama Government Declares State of Emergency in Herrera and Los Santos due to Water Crisis

Minister Boyd Galindo, pictured above, reiterated that the water from the Azuero water treatment plants is not suitable for human consumption. The government of President José Raúl Mulino declared a state of emergency in the provinces of Herrera and Los Santos due to the water crisis affecting the Azuero region.
